BXM was founded by Will Bryant and Mason McCaffery, two operators who lived the freight problems firsthand.
They weren't coming from theory or corporate strategy decks; they were in the trenches of daily logistics, dealing with tight pickups, cross-border delays, carrier no-shows, and customers who just needed straight answers.
Over time, it became obvious that the issue wasn't just freight, it was ownership. So they built something different.
BXM Cargo was built on three non-negotiables: transparency, accountability, and availability.
After years in logistics, we kept running into the same failures across the industry: missed updates, unclear communication, and providers who went quiet the moment freight got difficult.
That gap is exactly what BXM was created to fix.
As an authorized agency of C Cross Logistics, BXM combines national-scale freight capability with a hands-on, ownership-driven service model. We support importers, exporters, manufacturers, freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and domestic shippers across truckload, cross-border, bonded, drayage, air and ocean, airport and seaport operations, warehousing, expedited freight, and final-mile delivery.
